Included in the local pictures are scenes of the Housatonic River inWinter, Spring, Summer and Fall as well as images of local interest suchas a street party on July 4th on Popple Swamp Road, and the CornwallConsolidated School Band in a hay wagon on Memorial Day. Of furtherinterest is a photograph of six men dressed in uniforms from America'swars including Revolutionary, Civil, Spanish American, World Wars I andII, and the Vietnam war who marched in this year's Memorial Day paradein Cornwall. Max Ule is a financial advisor who works in New York City. He and his wifebought a house in Cornwall Bridge CT in 2003 and he took these picturessince they moved in. He is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Graduate School ofBusiness Administration. A veteran of the Vietnam War, he servedin the US Navy as Supply Officer of the USS George K. MacKenzie (DD-836)in the early 1960s.
